The best advice is a healthy balanced diet using all food groups, drink plenty of water and exercise very regularly for a diet program. Eat lots of different types of fruits and vegetables for the really healthy diet. At least 2 cups of fruit and 2-3 cups of vegetables. It’s easy! Limit the number of high processed foods such as biscuits, lollies, chips etc. For a truly healthy diet…it’s everything in moderation!
Include a good variety of whole-grains each day for fibre. Keeps you clean on the inside!
